These are sold as a pack which comprises of both the receiver (which sits in the canopy of the fan) and the handset. Note each model has a slightly different control pack.

NB: If you are ordering a pack for Falcon DR, Hugger or Hugger LED then please put your fan size in the order notes at checkouot ie 42″ or 52″ as they are different RCPs for each.

Trouble-shooting Steps

If your remote is not working then try the following steps:

1. Change the batteries.
2. Re set the pairing between the handset and the receiver.  To do this isolate the power to the fan and remove the battery from the handset.  Restore power to the fan (which should give a single beep) and put the batteries back in the remote.  Then press the central button continuously for 20 seconds until you hear a double-bleep.  The blue light should also flash on the handset.  Once the double-bleep is heard that means it is paired and should now work.
3. If it is still not working then try another handset if you have one.  If that works then the handset if faulty and needs replacing.
4. If the fan does not bleep when power is connected then it is likely to be the receiver that is no longer working.
