I ordered 3 Vegalight fans for my new house in Crete. Niki handled my order and last minute change to the delivery address in Crete with a very personal and friendly manner combined with efficient service that was so refreshing – lovely to deal with and the fans arrived in under two weeks.

Having decided to buy a ceiling fan, my Dad recommended Hunter Fan as, in his words ‘the Lady was very helpful on the phone’. I have to agree. Niki was amazing and I am very grateful for her patience and help. Fan arrived promptly as promised and does the job. Its really well made, blows a storm on its highest setting and is very quiet on its lowest. It comes with a light, reverse action and remote control. Only bad point… to the Manger of Hunter Fans…., how can you charge so much for a spare remote control? Its not fancy, or digital or metal. Its plastic with a few buttons. But its a quarter of the cost of the fan!!! Please review!!

After dispatching the old fan back to you, I realized that unfortunately I hadn’t put one of my packages in the box. (My excuse is because I became a Grandfather to a baby girl that morning, and my mind was elsewhere). I have now made up a small package consisting of the large and small vertical poles, the ceiling mount plate, three rubber bushes, and assorted screws. 12 September 2008 16:49 Hi Craig just to let you know that I recieved the speed control capacitor this morning and my electrician friend has just finished installing it this afternoon and hey presto you were right the fan is now working perfectly on all 3 speeds. My electrician friend has told me that it is the best ceiling fan he has ever seen never mind fitted and I must admit that when my father had it I never paid it much heed but now that I have it you just know by operating it what a quality piece of kit it is. I’m delighted with both fans and am very pleased to say that my husband is too. I have been a fan of Hunter Fans for many years. I am an American but now residing in UK. I recently purchased 2 fans one being the Metro in White. I just Love the fan. I ordered 2 Hunter Carera fans to be delivered to Singapore. Niki was very helpful and prompt with both her work and replies. The fans arrived within a week by UPS. It was a pleasure ordering the fans from Niki, even though they may cost more than those that I found from another website.

Nobody was going to tell me anything that I didn’t already know, about Hunter Ceiling Fans, right? Besides, all you really need to know is that Hunter makes the very best ceiling fans that money can buy, right? Now I can also tell you — first-hand — that not only does The Hunter Fan Company make the world’s best ceiling fans but they also provide a world-class customer service to go with their extraordinary fans. I know this because… if I hadn’t spoken directly to Niki Clegg last week not only would I have bought the wrong fans but I also would have ordered the wrong sized drop rods and got the wrong type of wall switches too! Thank God I spoke to Niki because she was far more than just knowledgeable in helping me choose exactly the right high spec, ceiling fans for our indoor, home therapy swimming pool. Niki also helped me to select the best optimum placement height as well as helping me find the correct type of wall switches for our particular type of application. How unusual it is to find good service these days. Craig assisted me with just the right help I needed in choosing a new ceiling fan for my conservatory. He took my order and it arrived the next day and is now up. It works a treat and has added a focus to the room – Thank you Craig!
I have been dealing with Craig, who has spent considerable time on the phone troubleshooting with both myself and my electrician to get my fan working again. Without Craigs help and technical knowledge I would have needed to purchase a new fan. Instead after removing the broken remote control receiver and wiring the fan directly to the mains (rather than via the receiver) and fitting a new pull string kit I now have a fully operational fan. Also Craig talked me through the difference between the winter and summer settings and now the fan works quicker and more powerful than before. I’m looking forward to the summer to try it out. I am a very satisfied customer and can’t praise Craig enough for his assistance, he was professional, helpful and informative (plus very patient by working with an electrician who clearly did not know what he was doing).
