We provide a range of resources to assist you in selecting the right ceiling fans for your situation.  With over 60 different models and 35 finishes to choose from it can be quite daunting.  We have a host of detailed useful material including selection guides, fan facts, case studies, gallery pictures and blogs about the fans we sell.  In addition we have the product selection filters in the shop that enable you to do refined searches on a wide range of criteria.  If all this is too much and you just want a human voice to give you some sound advice then please just call our sales number and speak to one of our team of specialists who have many years experience of ceiling fans.  They can guide you quickly with their recommendations.

After Sales Support

You order should arrive either the next working day (if ordered before 12pm) or the day after.  We send all our orders out on next day courier using APC.   If you have not received your order within these timescales and have not heard from us then please contact the main office number above.  For technical support please see our frequently asked questions section below. Installation Costs

We don’t provide installation services as a ceiling fan is a relatively simple task to perform by any electrician or competent DIY person.  As a guide a typical installation by a qualified electrician should cost around £80 for the first and a bit less for additional fans in London and SE England.  It should take 1-1.5 hours maximum/fan unless it is the first time in which case it will take a little longer.  If a wall control is being fitted and a light kit is needed then this will add another £40 or so to the cost as a channel will need to be made in the wall or dropped down inside the plasterboard wall to take the 4 core wiring that is needed to go to the fan.  Fans need to be mounted on a solid wooden rafter or cross-member and not just into the plasterboard ceiling.

Returns Procedure

Unwanted product – In line with the consumer regulations you have 14 days in which to decide whether to return any product for any reason.  The return cost is down to you.  The product returned for refunds must be in a resellable condition, ie complete, unused with all the manuals and components in their original packaging which must be intact and not damaged, without brown parcel or other tape wrapped around it.  It is best to wrap it up in cling film first to preserve the packaging and avoid any problems.  Unless in the special instance that we have arranged to collect the goods then you will need to arrange the return and ensure that they are insured.

All returns will be inspected and tested.  You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number from our office which must be clearly displayed on the address label and normally need to go to our registered office address is: Unit 1, 22 Harrison Close, Twyford, Berkshire, RG10 0LL.  NB:  Please DO NOT send any returns here without an RMA number as they will be refused and returned at your cost.

Faulty Product – Occasionally a new product has a fault on arrival.  If this happens then our policy is to replace the faulty part.  If you simply don’t want the product then you are free to return it as detailed above.  To avoid unnecessary shipping costs and achieve a speedy resolution it is important to run through a simple troubleshooting procedure to establish whether the product is faulty or not and if so which part.  If we have to send a complete replacement fan for any reason then we will need to take payment for it but will refund it as soon as we get the faulty one back.  If on testing the original product is found to be faulty we will refund the carriage back to us.

Privacy Policy

We keep all data provided completely private on very secure hosted servers with lock-down security and both this and our website use proper security certificates as well as the usual firewalls and site protection software.  Data is never passed on to any third parties.  Additionally all payments are made using Sagepay’s (Sagepay is the UK’s largest payments processor) own very secure payment pages and we do not save or retain any credit card details in any format and all our systems are security protected.
